My Husband pays his ex over and above the child support order
My husbands pays 4K a month in child support for 2 kids, she is remarried. She sends the kids to every activity known to man and he pays 1/2. One of the kids is going to play hockey in Canada and he is paying for the flight and hotel room; and he is not even going. She does not work - health issues she says - I work full-time, I own our house and have to put my daughter in day care while his kids stay home with mom when not in school. He says to me he can't pay for a new heater or contribute toward it; yet he gives her extra money for the kids sports and activities. She spends money like crazy - last year they needed a new tv - she bought not one but 3 flat panel tvs for her house. We don't have one. This year she and her new husband both got new cars; with GPS systems - her car has 3 DVD players and satallite tv in it. The kids don't have just xbox; they have play station and all the games that go with both systems! And she pays her mortgage late which is in my husbands name. Meanwhile I work my butt off to pay our bills and send my daughter to day care (which she hates). I am okay with the child support, but the extra money for her gadgets is making me sick.

- That what you get for marrying a man that would divorce one woman and family then start over again. Marriage is scared and so are kids, maybe you should have thought about that before marring him!
