Verbally and Emotionally Abusive Ex Husband wants to take my son for 3 days.
My ex-husband is emotionally and verbally abusive. That is why I left him. Unfortunately, I didn't get a parenting plan in place when I left him, and was planning on including it with the divorce papers. Now he is bullying me into letting him take our son on a camp-out of r three days. I see no reason to keep him from the kids...I just want to be around or for them to be in public to make sure he isn't abusing them. The problem is, according to WA state law, I can't prevent him from doing so unless we have a parenting plan in place that prevents him. Worse yet, my parents are WAY against him taking him out without me, and so I'm having to lie to them about this trip so they won't harrass me for letting him do it. Being forced to do something I don't want to do, and then having to lie to cover it up....this SUCKS!!!!!
