My Ex Wife SUCKS

My ex keeps violating the restraining order and the police and court are doing NOTHING about it!! I am pissed off about it and don't know what to do. I just know that if this were the opposite and I were to violate the order, I would be held in contempt and thrown in JAIL!!! What a twisted backward system!!!!!

  • If she is violating a court order file a Motion for Contempt ( you can do this yourself but some judges aren't fair if you are "pro se" meaning you rep yourself.) Call in and document every violation! If you can't afford a lawyer then look into legal aide in your city they will help with family matters or guide you in a good direction. If that doesn't work write your state rep and get them involved. Do you also have atresspassign report you can call in on too? Don't give up! Call the local news channels , get creative but stay within the law...good luck! Kids involved? Call DSHS and make reports too!
