I finally filed for divorce after I caught my wife in bed with another guy on my freakin' birthday! I guess if you are going to cheat it doesn't matter what day it is. Maybe she couldn't wait for our anniversary to screw another guy.

Regardless of where you live, the courts are notoriously prejudiced against men. You need to hide assets, and then quit your job so she will have to pay alimony to you. (if applicable)

And finally -- don't bother quitting that job you like. The truth there is the courts will impute income to you if you don't have that job. The amount considered will be how much you were making before you quit or were fired. You'd be much better off just learning why she chose to have an affair and then making the appropriate adjustments. - just get a girlfriend and bring her home and sleep in your own bed with her and let your wife have the floor like a dog.
