The courtly theater mogul caught in an Internet divorce drama testified today that he was "mortified and shocked" when his wife aired their dirty laundry on YouTube.

"I mean, here was my whole life being spread out on TV Tube," said Philip Smith, the 76-year-old chief of the Shubert Organization. "If a hundred people saw it, that was a hundred more than I wanted to see it."
