My stbx has been busting my balls by getting an order of protection against me and keeping our daughter away from me as much as she can . Before she had me arrested for battery(didn't do anything to her) she acted like we had turned the corner on our marriage and things were getting better and then wham there was a knock on the door which my stepson 11 and my just turned three daughter went to answer they came running in to tell me there was someone at the door who wanted me, it turns out to be the server with divorce papers anybody else have their kids tell them that the divorce papers were there. She is totally cold blooded for the last 1.5 years I have struggled to get back on my feet while having lost everything I owned in the world and have done pretty good. I now have a wonderful girlfriend , anew home and a descent life which I'm sure really pisses her off.While I was in jail she had taken 5 lug nuts off the front tires of my truck, she had told me she fantasized about me dying in a fiery car crash on th interstate. Also 4 months after she had me barred from my home and all my worldly possessions she found out I had started dating at which time she called me for the first time in the 4 months and told me we were still married then she started coming by for sex and let me see our daughter a little more often she told me she could not lift the order of protection because her lawyer wouldn't return her phone calls after a while of me asking her to so we can get our family back together she finally told me her lawyer told her to keep it in place because it would look better in court the whole time coming to my new place for sex I finally told her to go **** her self I was going back to my new girl at which point she refused to let me see our daughter. I was not gone but 4 months from our home hadn't even started on the divorce and she had already moved a new guy in to our home. Then when I found out she didn't say oh he's such a good guy she said he makes 80,000 a yr .How do I deal with this kid owning slut.? Any advise will be greatly appreciated

Wow! It is amazing how similar that sounds to my past. My ex did all those things except for removing the lug nuts, however, she does fantasize about seeing me dead and / or in jail and constantly tells me so.
She also moved a guy in within the first two months, she cheated on me, called the cops with false accusations, got restraining orders, called the IRS to audit me, and the list goes on.
I have also experienced her getting angry about me having a nice life without her, enjoying myself with a good relationship, perhaps finding the only nice woman out there.
I voted Yes, they are all that mean, but what I really mean is that 99% of them are all that mean.
